草菇是一种耐碱性较强的食用菌,目前普遍采用棉籽壳加石灰法种草菇,其产量比传统的稻草料种草菇要高多倍。我们在用棉籽壳种草菇时,除了拌料要加2％左右的石灰外,在出菇管理时还加了一些草木灰,增产效果更显著。现以82、83年6～8月的六次试验为例,每次投料400斤,以不加草木灰为对照。结果加草木灰组的平均生物效率为53.1％,只有少量小鬼伞菌发生,未见虫害:而未加草木灰组的平均生物效率仅29.8％,鬼伞菌重复发生,有蛆蚊危害,有的菌床只出1～2批菇,质量差。
