目的探讨大肠癌螺旋CT增强扫描病灶的强化程度、强化比值与肿瘤血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)间的相关性。方法对30例经纤维结肠镜或手术病理证实的大肠癌患者进行螺旋CT增强扫描,对手术病理标本应用辣根过氧化物酶链霉卵白素复合物(SP)免疫组织化学染色方法和二甲基联苯胺(DAB)显色法进行VEGF和肿瘤MVD的测定,将检测结果与病灶的强化程度和强化比值进行对照分析。结果在TNM分期的不同组间肿瘤VEGF和肿瘤MVD的表达存在明显差异,同时不同组间病灶的强化程度和强化比值也存在明显差异(P值均<005),两者间具有相关系,r1=05905,P1=00015,r2=04574,P2=00126。结论VEGF和肿瘤MVD是恶性肿瘤的生物学标志,增强扫描的强化程度和强化比值与其呈正相关,可间接反映其含量。
Objective To investigate the enhancement degree of enhanced CT scan in colorectal cancer and its relationship with the ratio of tumor vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and tumor microvessel density (MVD). Methods Thirty patients with colorectal carcinoma confirmed by fibro-colonoscopy or pathology were examined by spiral CT. The pathological specimens were examined by horseradish peroxidase-streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) immunohistochemical staining and dimethyl The assay of VEGF and tumor MVD was carried out with benzodiazepine (DAB) colorimetric method, and the results were compared with those of lesion enhancement and enhancement ratio. Results There were significant differences in the expression of VEGF and tumor MVD in different groups of TNM staging. There was also significant difference in the enhancement degree and enhancement ratio of lesions between different groups (all P <0.05), with a correlation of r1 = 05905, P1 = 00015, r2 = 04574, P2 = 00126. Conclusions VEGF and tumor MVD are the biological markers of malignant tumors. The enhancement degree and enhancement ratio of enhanced scan are positively correlated with them, and indirectly reflect their contents.
