为开发和利用中国丰富的萱草属种质资源,完善萱草属植物系统分类,试验研究了13种萱草资源的表观形态及气孔特性,并对其进行了主成分分析及聚类分析。研究表明,依据欧氏距离的不同,可以把13个萱草资源分成三类或五类。即当欧氏距离为7.974时,‘金娃娃’、‘粉缘’、‘日落芝加哥’、‘糯米露’、‘小野蜂’为一类,‘问候’单独为一类,其余品种分为一类;而在欧氏距离为5.995处时,‘粉缘’、‘日落芝加哥’、‘糯米露’、‘小野蜂’被划为一类,‘金娃娃’与‘问候’分别单独为一类,‘粉缎’、‘杂种’、‘海尔范’为一类,剩余种类被归为一类。这和萱草属植物在田间的直观表现基本相符。通过主成分分析可知,花朵形态、叶片气孔数量相关指标可以作为萱草品种分类评价的主要指标。
In order to develop and utilize the rich germplasm resources of Hemerocallis in China and improve the systematic classification of Hemerocallis, the morphological and stomatal characteristics of 13 species of Hemerocallis were experimentally studied, and the principal component analysis and cluster analysis were conducted. Studies show that, according to the Euclidean distance difference, 13 Hemerocallis resources can be divided into three categories or five categories. That is, when the Euclidean distance is 7.974, ’golden doll’, ’pink edge’, ’sunset Chicago’, ’glutinous rice dew’ and ’wild bee’ belong to one category and ’greetings’ ; While at the Euclidean distance of 5.995, ’Flourishing’, ’Sunset Chicago’, ’Glutinous Rice Lu’, ’Little Wild Bee’ are classified as a category, ’Gold Doll’ and ’Greetings’ are a separate category , ’Satin’, ’hybrid’, ’Haierfan’ as a category, the remaining categories are grouped together. This and hemerocallis in the field of visual performance basically consistent. Principal component analysis showed that the index of flower morphology and leaf stomatal numbers could be used as the main index of classification evaluation of Hemerocallis species.
