国有企业在我国经济建设工作中有着重要的作用,但近年来,国有企业的经济效益等呈现下滑,甚至濒临破产倒闭,这与其企业管理中的人力资源的管理工作有很大的关系。笔者针对国有企业管理中人力资源管理工作展开论述,对其中存在的诸多问题进行了列举,并就人力资源管理工作的有效途径进行了探究,以期对目前国有企业人力资源管理工作状态的改善起到一定的促进作用,供广大国企单位管理工作者参阅。
State-owned enterprises play an important role in China’s economic construction work. However, in recent years, the economic benefits of state-owned enterprises have been on the decline, and even on the verge of bankruptcy. This has a lot to do with the management of human resources in corporate management. The author discusses the management of human resources in the management of state-owned enterprises, lists a number of problems that exist in them, and explores effective ways of human resources management work, with a view to improving the current state-owned enterprise human resources management work. A certain promotion effect is provided for the majority of state-owned enterprise management workers.
