卵巢原发性非妊娠性绒毛膜癌极为罕见,至今国内报告仅数例。本文报告的一例经手术及病理证实为卵巢非妊娠性绒毛膜癌合并成熟型囊性畸胎瘤。由于无特异症状和体征,早期诊断困难。治疗效果远不如妊娠性绒毛膜(?)。 Ovarian primary non-pregnant choriocarcinoma is extremely rare, so far only a few cases of domestic reports. This article reports an example of surgically and pathologically confirmed ovarian non-pregnant choriocarcinoma with mature cystic teratoma. Due to the absence of specific symptoms and signs, early diagnosis is difficult. Treatment is far less effective than pregnancy chorionic (?).
