为探索中药对女性更年期骨质疏松的防治作用 ,设立了以滋肝补肾的中药复方更年平调冲剂作用于更年期大鼠的试验。方法 :选用 10～ 15月龄 SD大鼠 3 2只 ,随机分为 4组 ,每组 8只。以低钙饲料喂养和切除双侧卵巢方法制备更年期大鼠模型 ,再分别以更年平调冲剂、更年安、己烯雌酚对其治疗 ,并分别与模型组 (不治疗组 )相对照 ,观察对更年鼠骨质疏松的防治作用。结果 :更年平调冲剂可改善更年期大鼠骨质疏松
In order to explore the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on menopausal osteoporosis, we established a Chinese herbal compound nourishing liver and tonifying kidney on menopause rats. Methods: Thirty-two SD rats aged 10-15 months were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 rats in each group. The model of climacteric rats was prepared by feeding low-calcium diet and excision of bilateral ovaries. The rats were then treated with Gengnianpingling granule, Gengnianping and Diethylstilbestrol respectively, and compared with model group (untreated group) respectively. Prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in aging rats. Results: Gengnianpingtong Granule can improve osteoporosis in menopausal rats
