本文研究了不同剂量的离子型~(211)At和~(211)At—Te胶体对小鼠一次腹腔注射后,对其骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率的影响.在1.15微居里/克·体重Na~(211)At同样剂量水平下,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞其微核率随着辐照时间的延长而增加;离子型~(211)At在0.23微居里/克体重~1.15微居里/克·体重,~(211)At—Te胶体在0.23微居里/克·体重~1.38微居里/克·体重剂量水平下,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞其微核率随着辐照剂量的增加而增加,对离子型~(211)At从9‰增至33‰,剂量一效应回归方程为Y=1.51+0.8104D(Y—微核率,D—剂量),相关系数r=0.9562;对于~(211)At—Te胶体,微核率从16‰增至37‰,回归方程Y=11.43+0.8263D,r=1,二者书相关系数没有显著性差异.
This study investigated the effects of different doses of ionic ______________ and __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Te colloids on the micronuclear rate of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes after an intraperitoneal injection in mice. At the same dose level of Na(211)At, the micronucleus rate of polychromatic erythroblasts in bone marrow increased with the irradiation time; ionic ~(211)At was at 0.23 microcurie/gram body weight~ 1.15 microcuries/gram body weight, ~(211)At-Te colloids at 0.23 microcures/gram weight to 1.38 microcuries/gram weight dose level, micronuclear rate of mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes With the increase of irradiation dose, the ionic ~(211)At increased from 9‰ to 33‰, and the dose-response regression equation was Y=1.51+0.8104D (Y-micronuclear rate, D-dose). Correlation coefficient r = 0.9562; for ~ (211) At-Te colloid, the micronucleus rate increased from 16 to 37, the regression equation Y = 11.43 + 0.8263D, r = 1, there was no significant difference in the book correlation coefficient.
