一．“氯霉素事件”的回顾———２００１年初，因为有消费者在食用当地“家乐福”超市出售的冻虾仁引起过敏反应，奥地利“绿色和平”组织紧急对本国商场内所有的水产品进行“毒物”检测。结果发现德国雷斯蒂克（RISTIC）公司生产的部分虾仁产品含有违禁物质———氯霉素。—

Review of Chloramphenicol Occurrence - In early 2001, Austria Greenpeace urgently ordered all aquatic products in its shopping malls to be “sold out” because consumers were allergic to the consumption of frozen shrimp sold at the local “Carrefour” Poison "test. It was found that some of the shrimp products produced by RISTIC contained a banned substance, chloramphenicol. -
