CMC-4A分子筛/凹凸棒土颗粒材料作为吸附剂应用于重金属废水处理,对其微观形貌和晶相结构进行了表征,并研究了CMC水溶液比例和煅烧温度等制备条件对颗粒材料吸附重金属离子的影响,同时探讨了CMC-4A/凹土颗粒对Pb(II)、Cd(II)、Zn(II)的单一离子吸附和竞争吸附特性。结果表明,CMC-4A/凹土颗粒的最佳制备条件是:添加0.7%CMC水溶液,于600℃煅烧;在单组分吸附、二元竞争吸附和三元竞争吸附体系中,CMC-4A/凹土颗粒对Pb(II)、Cd(II)、Zn(II)的等温吸附数据可以很好地符合Langmuir模型,Pb(II)的最大吸附量远大于其他离子的最大吸附量;CMC-4A/凹土颗粒对这三种离子的选择性吸附顺序为Pb(II)>Cd(II)>Zn(II),与元素的电负性大小排序一致。

The maximum adsorption capacity of Pb (II) is much larger than that of other ions. The order of selective adsorption of these three ions by Pb2 + is Pb (II)> Cd (II)> Zn (II), which is consistent with the order of the electronegativity of the elements.
