作者进行离体牙实验以观察不同的桩钉设计、桩订与根管密合度对无髓前牙抗折力的影响。材料与方法将40个离体上颌中切牙作根管治疗,并随机分成4组,进行牙冠及根管预备,前3组根管呈漏斗状,第4组为柱形(图1)。测量根面根轴壁厚度、牙根各截面唇舌侧及桩顶端唇舌侧的11个宽度.用4号塑料平行桩和自凝塑料制成4种不同形式的桩核(图2).常规包埋、银钯合金铸造、精加工后喷砂、磷酸锌粘固粉粘固.再用铸造法制成金属全冠,清洗吹干后用磷酸锌粘固粉粘于核上。置生理盐水中24小时。在牙的颊舌
The authors performed in vitro dental experiments to observe the effect of different nail design, pile set and root canal adhesion on the anti-bending force of anterior pulpless pulp. MATERIALS AND METHODS Forty isolated maxillary central incisors were treated with root canal therapy and were randomly divided into four groups: crown and root canal preparation. The first three groups were funnel-shaped, the fourth group was columnar (Figure 1) .
