对于有待分析鉴别的两种高强度、高模量合成纤维,除进行化学分析和性能测试外,我们亦进行了微观结构分析。因为估计这些纤维可能是芳纶,因此以 Keviar49作为比较的标准样品。待分析样品编号为1,2。分析方法与结果如下:1.外观均为淡黄色。用SEM观察外形,待分析纤维与 Keviar49皆为直径10μm的园截面长丝。2.用超声波将纤维粉碎后,在TEM中观察微观结构。Kevlar49以长微纤为主,另有一些块状物(图1),1 样品与 Kevlar 相同(图2),而2样品中含微纤很少,大部分为块状物(图3)。
For the two high-strength, high-modulus synthetic fibers to be analyzed, we performed microstructural analyzes in addition to chemical and performance tests. Because it is estimated that these fibers may be aramid, Keviar49 is used as a comparative standard. Samples to be analyzed are numbered 1, 2. Analytical methods and results are as follows: 1. The appearance of light yellow. The shape was observed by SEM, and the fiber to be analyzed and Keviar49 were all filament cross sections of 10 μm in diameter. 2. After pulverizing the fibers with ultrasonic waves, the microstructure was observed in the TEM. Kevlar 49 is dominated by long microfibers with some lumps (Figure 1). The 1 sample is the same as Kevlar (Figure 2), whereas the 2 sample contains very few microfibers, most of which are lumps (Figure 3).
