管理班级的过程是陶冶学生人格的过程。班主任有效、合理地进行班级管理,才能培养学生健康稳定的心态和健全的人格,实现班级管理的终极目标。班级是学校的最基层单位,班级管理是学校管理工作中的重要环节,它关系到学校的整体工作,影响着校风校貌及教学质量的提高。学校的多数工作要通过班主任去布置给学生而落实,班主任是班级工作的组织者、策划者和实施者,决定着学校工作能否正常有序地进行,直接影响着学生智力及品性的形成。班主任工作是教育教学中一项繁杂、艰苦而又长久的工作。面对一个个生动活泼、思想丰富而又素质、性格差异较大的学生,班主任应做到爱心、耐心、理智、宽容,从而营造一个良好的学风和班风的班集体。把班级管理好,用心去培育学生,是班主任义不容辞的职责。
The process of managing a class is to mold the personality of a student. Class teacher effective and reasonable class management, in order to cultivate students healthy and stable state of mind and sound personality, to achieve the ultimate goal of class management. Class is the most basic unit of the school, class management is an important part of the school management, it is related to the overall work of the school, affecting the school style and teaching quality improvement. Most of the school’s work should be carried out by the head teacher to arrange for the students. The head teacher is the organizer, planner and implementer of class work, which determines whether the work of the school can be conducted in a normal and orderly manner and directly affects the formation of students’ intelligence and character . Class teacher education is a complicated, hard and long-term work. In the face of a lively and vivid, rich in thought and quality, large differences in personality, class teacher should be caring, patient, rational and tolerant, so as to create a good style of study and class classes. The class management well, hard to nurture students, is the bounden duty of the teacher.
