当前学校老教师面临大量退休,中年教师由于数量不足,形不成主要队伍,而青年教师猛增,毫无疑问,青年教师马上要承担起教育战线主力军的重任。为了提高他们的业务水平,稳定他们安心在教育战线上工作,我们采取了以下几种措施: 一、以老带新,建立师徒关系。学校聘请了19位有经验、有声望的老教师主动找一两位青年教师组成师徒关系,对他们进行手把手的传、帮、带。老教师把教学方法、教学艺术、教学经验毫无保留地传给青年教师;青年教师虚心地接受老教师的指点和帮助。在较短的时间内,青年教师已逐渐成熟起来。
