目的：观察米非司酮、米索前列醇配伍丙酸睾丸酮终止早孕的效果。方法：观察组与对照组均口服米非司酮、米索前列醇，观察组加肌肉注射丙酸睾丸酮。结果：观察组用药后３小时和６小时内胚囊排出率分别为８０．８３％和８９．１７％；流产后出血时间均在１０天内；流产后出血量少于或等于月经量者为７２．８１％，以上结果与对照组比较均有差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）；两组流产成功率及月经恢复时间，药物副作用无差异（Ｐ＞０．１）。结论：米非司酮、米索前列醇配伍丙酸睾丸酮终止早孕能缩短流血时间，减少出血量。
Objective: To observe the effect of mifepristone and misoprostol combined with testosterone propionate to terminate early pregnancy. Methods: Both mifepristone and misoprostol were given orally to the observation group and the control group. The observation group and intramuscular injection of testosterone propionate. Results: The rates of embryo sacs within 3 hours and 6 hours after treatment in the observation group were 80.83% and 89.17% respectively; the bleeding time after abortion was within 10 days; the amount of bleeding after abortion was less than or equal to 72 .81% respectively. The above results were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.005). There was no significant difference in the success rate of menstruation and menstruation between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Mifepristone and misoprostol with testosterone propionate termination of early pregnancy can shorten the bleeding time and reduce the amount of bleeding.
