由于不同年龄阶段的幼儿有着不同的发展特点,因此在实际的教学活动中,运用混龄交往的教育方式有助于营造出和谐的学习氛围,帮助幼儿更好的掌握人际交往的技能,推动良好社会性的形成,促进幼儿全面健康成长。本文对幼儿同伴交往中混龄交往教育方式的意义进行了分析,并提出了相应策略来推动混龄交往进一步发展。
As young children of different ages have different developmental characteristics, in the actual teaching activities, the use of mixed-age education can help to create a harmonious atmosphere for learning and help children better master the skills of interpersonal communication and promote good Social formation, to promote full and healthy growth of children.
