甲基葡萄糖甙是目前国内外广泛关注的一种新型钻井液体系,该体系具有与油基钻井液相似的作用机理,因此具有与油基钻井液相近的性能,如润滑性、抗污染性、高温稳定性等,此外还具有一定的调节流型作用,并且与环境友好,无毒、易生物降解。对MEG体系进行了系统研究,研究结果表明,MEG体系具有极佳的抑制性、润滑性、抗污染性、高温稳定性和油气层保护性能;既可用于淡水,也可用于海水;不仅可用作钻井液,还可用作优质无固相完井液。MEG独特的结构可为该体系钻井液提供优越的性能,是油基钻井液的理想替代体系。
Methylglucoside is a new type of drilling fluid system widely concerned at home and abroad. The system has the similar action mechanism as the oil-based drilling fluid and therefore has similar properties as oil-based drilling fluids such as lubricity, anti-pollution , High temperature stability, etc., in addition also has a certain role in regulating flow patterns, and environmentally friendly, non-toxic, biodegradable. The MEG system was systematically studied. The results show that the MEG system has excellent inhibition, lubricity, anti-pollution, high temperature stability and protective properties of the oil and gas reservoirs. It can be used both for fresh water and seawater. It is not only available For drilling fluid, but also can be used as high quality solid phase completion fluid. MEG’s unique structure provides superior performance for this system of drilling fluids and is an ideal replacement for oil-based drilling fluids.
