在人肝癌细胞系PLC/PRF/5每个细胞中,有四种完全和两种不完全HBVDNA的拷贝,且该细胞能在培养过程中分泌HBsAg。虽然HBV基因组整合于细胞DNA,但细胞不产生其他已知HBV的相关抗原和病毒DNA聚合酶。由于这种细胞对IFN敏感,而且存在容易检测到的HBV标志,因而,对深入研究IFN对慢性感染、转化细胞的作用,是一种方便的模型。将生长在试管中的PLC/PRF/5细胞用IFN在37℃处理18小时后加入V.S.V,以对该病毒的抵抗力来测定它对IFN的敏感
In each of the human hepatoma cell lines PLC / PRF / 5, there are four copies of complete and two incomplete HBVDNA, and the cells can secrete HBsAg during culture.
