目的了解阳新县餐饮机构餐具消毒效果,为提高餐具消毒质量提供科学依据。方法收集阳新县2010年-2012年各类餐饮单位、学校及餐具消毒中心监测样品7 656份进行统计学分析。结果 2010年-2012年共监测样品7 656份,合格率58.0%,各年度合格率分别为45.6%、54.5%、69.3%,2012年合格率最高。季节合格率分别为68.5%、51.8%、55.4%、56.5%,夏秋季合格率较低。各类机构合格率分别为59.0%、53.8%、58.7%、95.5%,以餐具消毒中心合格率最高。结论阳新县餐具消毒质量呈逐年上升趋势,以餐具消毒中心合格率最高,大小型餐馆、学校及托幼机构合格率都偏低,总体结果不容乐观,需有关部门加大监督力度,提高全县餐饮机构餐具消毒水平。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of tableware in catering establishments in Yangxin County and provide a scientific basis for improving the disinfection quality of tableware. Methods A total of 7 656 monitoring samples collected from various catering units, schools and tableware disinfection centers in Yangxin County from 2010 to 2012 were collected for statistical analysis. Results From 2010 to 2012, a total of 7 656 samples were tested, with a passing rate of 58.0%. The passing rates in each year were 45.6%, 54.5% and 69.3% respectively, with the highest passing rate in 2012. Season pass rates were 68.5%, 51.8%, 55.4%, 56.5%, lower pass rate in summer and autumn. The passing rates of various agencies were 59.0%, 53.8%, 58.7% and 95.5% respectively, with the highest pass rate of the tableware disinfection center. Conclusions The quality of tableware disinfection in Yangxin County has been increasing year by year with the highest pass rate of tableware disinfection center. The pass rates of large and small restaurants, schools and child care institutions are low, and the overall result is not optimistic. The relevant departments need to increase supervision and improve the county Food institutions tableware disinfection level.
