当前,我国在各方专家学者的努力之下,将法治教育纳入国民教育体系的工作已经初见成效,但是涉及内容过少、目标定位不明确、学校注重力度小等问题依然存在。青少年正处于成长的重要阶段,法律意识淡薄甚至无意识造成了他们不能正确的去对生活中存在的不良诱惑甚至违法犯罪行为进行甄别。纵观我国中小学法律课程教授的现状,与我国法治教育的目标相去甚远,路径和方法仍需不断完善,法治教育的观念也亟待改变~[1]。
At present, under the efforts of experts and scholars from all walks of life, the work of integrating rule of law education into the national education system has achieved initial success. However, there are still some problems such as too few contents, ambiguous goals and schools being less focused. Adolescents are at an important stage of their growth, and their weak legal awareness and even their unconsciousness have caused them to fail to properly correct the temptations and even the criminal activities that exist in their lives. Looking at the status quo of law professors in primary and secondary schools in our country is far from the goal of law education in our country. The ways and methods still need to be constantly improved and the concept of law education needs to be changed urgently [1].
