本文用粒子烧结法,制备出平均孔径0.1-0.2μm的管状氧化铝微滤膜,实验研究了烧结温度对膜孔径和孔径分布、孔隙率的影响,以及浸浆时间与膜厚度的关系。结果表明:提高烧结温度,平均孔径和最大孔径减小,孔隙率降低;膜厚度随着浸浆时间的平方根呈线性增加,通过多次覆盖可以有效地减少膜的缺陷。实验采用气体泡压法测定了超滤膜的孔径分布和最大孔尺寸,用重量法测定了膜的孔隙率和厚度,用SEM观察了膜的微观形貌。
In this paper, a tubular alumina microfiltration membrane with an average pore diameter of 0.1-0.2μm was prepared by particle sintering method. The effects of sintering temperature on the pore size, pore size distribution and porosity of the membrane were investigated experimentally. relationship. The results show that the sintering temperature, the average pore size and the maximum pore diameter decrease, while the porosity decreases. The film thickness increases linearly with the square root of the immersion time. The film defects can be effectively reduced by covering several times. The pore size distribution and maximum pore size of the ultrafiltration membrane were measured by gas bubble pressure method. The porosity and thickness of the membrane were measured by gravimetric method. The microstructure of the membrane was observed by SEM.
