连续血细胞流滤是近年来治疗某些血液病的一种重要方法。应用血细胞分离器,在不同转速离心下按血细胞比重,分别收集血细胞及血浆。把所需的血液成分留下,剩下其余成分回输供体。本文报告应用国产材料研制LXF-1连续血细胞分离器获得成功。仪器达到原订指标要求,浓集白细胞数为4.05±1.6倍(范围1.78~6.94),白细胞产额增加数23.6±11.99(范围8.75~47.2%)。收集白细胞总数达4.6×10~9,与国外同类产品水平接近。流滤白细胞活性(台盼兰染料排斥试验),血细胞形态及分类旨正常,肝功及心电图检查无特异。实验后的动物血相恢复良好。被认为是安全可靠的一种血细胞分离方法,可直接应用临床。
