本研究对具有代表性的向日葵CMS品系和自交系进行了遗传学及分子生物学研究.通过分子杂交分析了来自21种CMS品系的5种具代表性的不同细胞质基因类型,发现在atpA基因位点有4种分子杂交类型;根据不同的CMS类型对20种自交系的恢保关系进行了分析;并对11种自交系的恢复基因类型进行了研究,其中6个系含有Rfl基因,5个系不含有Rfl基因.
In this study, we studied the genetic and molecular biology of representative CMS lines and inbred lines of sunflower.We analyzed five representative cytoplasmic genotypes from 21 CMS lines by molecular hybridization and found that atpA gene There were four molecular hybridization types in the locus. The restorer relationships of 20 inbred lines were analyzed according to the different CMS types. The types of restorer genes in 11 inbred lines were also studied. Among them, 6 were Rfl , 5 lines do not contain Rfl gene.
