本文论述了板形板厚自动控制技术的发展对轧机弯辊装置结构设计提出的新的要求,着重介绍了为适应这些要求设计制造的300毫米四辊可逆式冷轧机工作辊和支承辊弯辊装置的结构特点、工作原理和试验结果,认为经过试验验证的新结构可以在大型板带轧机上推广应用。在研究支承辊弯曲新結构的基础上,本文论述了用液压弯曲支承辊和工作辊进行板厚板形综合调节的新方法,认为应继续开展这方面的研究工作,在板厚板形综合调节方面开辟一个新的途径,进行一项新的探索。
