目的评价细胞色素P450 2A6、2B6(CYP2A6、CYP2B6)基因多态性对癫痫患者丙戊酸浓度剂量比(C/D)的影响。方法检索Pub Med、EMBase、中国知网、维普与万方数据库,系统评价CYP2A6、CYP2B6基因多态性对癫痫患者丙戊酸C/D影响的临床研究。结果共纳入5篇文献,CYP2A6*1/*1基因型患者的丙戊酸C/D显著低于*1/*4+*4/*4基因型患者(P<0.05);CYP2B6*1/*1基因型患者的丙戊酸C/D显著低于*1/*6+*6/*6基因型患者(P<0.05)。结论 CYP2A6*4与CYP2B6*6基因多态性对丙戊酸的血药浓度预测具有一定的临床指导价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of cytochrome P450 2A6, 2B6 (CYP2A6, CYP2B6) gene polymorphism on valproate concentration and dose ratio (C / D) in epileptic patients. Methods PubMed, EMBase, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases were searched to evaluate the influence of CYP2A6 and CYP2B6 polymorphisms on valproate C / D in patients with epilepsy. Results A total of 5 articles were included in the literature. CYP2A6 * 1 / * 1 genotypes had significantly lower valproate C / D than those with * 1 / * 4 + * 4 / * 4 genotypes (P <0.05) Valproic acid C / D was significantly lower in the * 1 genotype patients than in the * 1 / * 6 + * 6 / * 6 genotype patients (P <0.05). Conclusion CYP2A6 * 4 and CYP2B6 * 6 polymorphisms of plasma valproic acid concentration prediction of a certain clinical value.
