有研究表明,运动可以诱发人体和动物尿液中多种蛋白质排泄增加,但对于这种现象的机理尚未完全阐明。本实验用大鼠运动性蛋白尿模型,观察了不同时间游泳负荷对大鼠尿蛋白浓度及肾脏超微结构的影响。
Studies have shown that exercise can induce increased excretion of a variety of proteins in human and animal urine, but the mechanism of this phenomenon has not yet been fully elucidated. In this experiment, rat urinary proteinuria model was used to observe the effect of swimming load on urinary protein concentration and renal ultrastructure in rats.
