制备了高接枝率的SEBS-g-MAH,用FTIR表征了接枝产物;同时研究了SEBS-g-MAH对SEBS/PP复合材料阻燃、力学和熔融流动等性能的影响,并用SEM分析其形貌特性。结果表明:随着马来酸酐量的增加、共混时间的延长和转速的增加,产物的接枝率呈先增加后减少;而随着DCP用量增加,产物的接枝率呈先减少后增加的趋势;当SEBS/MAH/DCP质量比为100/3/0.4,温度为175℃,转速为40 r/min,反应时间为9 min时,接枝率为3.18%。SEBSg-MAH的加入,使阻燃剂分散性更好,复合材料的拉伸强度从5.65 MPa提高到7.38 MPa,氧指数从28提高到30。
The grafted product of SEBS-g-MAH with high grafting rate was prepared and characterized by FTIR.
