The effects of sintering temperature and alloy composition on the mechanical properties of the alloy at room temperature and high temperature and the alloy composition on the electrical conductivity of the alloy were studied. The results show that for the alloy with W90% and Ni: Fe 2: 1, the alloy is sintered at 1450 ℃ for 1.5h, and the alloy has the best performance. The addition of Mo is beneficial to the improvement of strength, hardness and high temperature performance of the alloy. Better improved tungsten alloy anvil overall performance. Mo contributes to the grain refinement of W, which dissolves into the W phase and the binder phase to achieve the purpose of strengthening the two phases. When the ductility of two phases is not much different, the fractures mostly appear along the interface of W - binder phase, and the number of W transgranular fracture decreases.
