目的：探讨螺旋C T对胃原发淋巴瘤中的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析本院近年来22例胃原发性淋巴瘤的C T图像信息，由两位主治以上医师进行诊断，其结果与胃镜下活检及术后病理进行比较分析。结果：21例C T术前诊断为淋巴瘤，1例C T术前误诊为胃癌；螺旋CT在胃原发淋巴瘤中诊断正确率约95.5%；22例胃原发淋巴瘤病理结果如下，其中12例为弥漫性B细胞性，5例为黏膜相关淋巴组织（MALT）淋巴瘤，2例为T细胞性淋巴瘤，3例为滤泡性淋巴瘤。结论：螺旋CT可准确诊断胃原发性淋巴瘤。“,”spiral computed tomograph diagnostic value in primary gastric lymphoma.
