在当前市场环境下,竞争目益激烈,企业之间的竞争正逐步转变为人才的竞争,人力资源的管理与发展已变得越加重要。如何有效地开发和管理企业人力资源,是关系到国有建筑企业生存与发展的战略性问题。本文主要分析了国有建筑企业加强人力资源管理的重要性及在管理中存在的问题及原因,提出了国有建筑企业人力资源管理发展对策,希望对国有建筑企业人力资源管理有一定的借鉴意义。
Under the current market environment, the competition is fierce and the competition among enterprises is gradually changing into the competition for talents. The management and development of human resources have become increasingly important. How to effectively develop and manage the human resources of enterprises is a strategic issue that is related to the survival and development of state-owned construction enterprises. This paper analyzes the importance of state-owned construction enterprises to strengthen human resources management and the problems and reasons in the management, and puts forward the development strategy of human resources management in state-owned construction enterprises, hoping to have reference significance to the human resources management of state-owned construction enterprises.
