企业改制后,实施法人治理结构,投资者、经营者、广大员工利益多样化,但是改制企业党组织的政治核心地位没有变,也不能变。本文从发挥党员先锋模范作用、基层党组织凝聚力建设、坚持党管人才的原则等三个方面阐述了如何树立科学发展观的思想,做好改制企业党建工作,加强党组织的凝聚力,以适应企业改革发展的需要。
