西周玉器之精美,一直为古玉爱好者所看重。三门峡虢国墓地作为西周晚期墓葬的代表,出土的玉器数量之多、品质之好、工艺之精、种类之全、价值之高,实属罕见。尤其是龙形玉佩饰,其造型、刻工和纹样等具有时代风格,为众多古玉研究和收藏者提供了极好的研究实例。人龙合纹佩(图1)出土于墓主人虢季(虢国国君)的颈部。通长4.6厘米,宽3.7厘米,厚0.5厘米。青玉质,全部受沁呈灰白色。正面上鼓,背面略凹,中部有一圆形穿孔。正面饰连体双首龙纹,龙首分别朝向两端,其中一端龙纹有弯曲桃形耳,椭圆形眼,长鼻高扬,獠牙末端饰一人首形;另一端的龙首长角上卷,椭圆形眼,长卷鼻。人龙合纹佩(图2)出土时位于墓主人梁姬(国君夫人)的右肩
