以香石竹切花为试材,采用瓶插保鲜的方法,研究了不同浓度硝普钠(SNP)保鲜剂对香石竹切花瓶插寿命、茎水势、叶绿素荧光参数(Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm)和细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明:不同浓度硝普钠保鲜剂不仅可以提高切花瓶插寿命,还可推迟茎水势下降的时间,保持香石竹切花叶子较高光能转化效率(Fv/Fm),延缓质膜降解,其中,20g·L~(-1)蔗糖+200mg·L~(-1) 8-羟基喹啉+150mg·L~(-1)柠檬酸+30mg·L~(-1)硝普钠+10mg·L~(-1) 6-BA处理组效果最好。
