Editorial Department of the Electronic Journal: See your magazine published the fourth issue of 1983 editors on academic appeal for the appeal, feel good. Here are some opinions on two articles covering the history of communications technology published in this issue. Such articles often have historical value, and may be quoted by others after some years. In order to make the relevant statements more accurate and comprehensive, the following opinions are put forward for discussion: 1. The article “Education in Communication Technology in our Country” is divided into 34 stages after the founding of the People’s Republic of China.
