大黄(庶虫)虫丸出自《金匾要略》,由大黄、黄芩、甘草、桃仁、苦杏仁、芍药、干地黄、干漆、虻虫、水蛙、蛴螬、(庶虫)虫组成.具有活血化瘀、缓中补虚之功.临证用治正虚血瘀结成瘀积之症.笔者用治其他杂症,疗效满意,现举验案如下.1 糖尿病肾病张某,女,52岁,1998年3月23日初诊.患糖尿病10年,常服达美康、消渴丸、中药治疗,空腹血糖在10～
