美国奇卡纳诗人罗娜·蒂·塞万提斯在其诗作中,用高速公路建构和规定了一个特别的拉丁裔区域,记述了家族在该地区的生活和历史,探讨了拉丁裔美国人在现代城市生活中面对的性别、政治、种族等问题。从人文文化地理学的角度解读其诗作,使我们对当今美国的少数族裔文学和文化以及美国的多元文化有更新更深刻的认识。
In his poems, the American Chicana poet, Rosa Di Cervantes, constructed and delineated a special Latino area on the highway that chronicles the family’s life and history in the area and discusses the role of Latino Americans in Gender, politics, ethnicity and other issues facing modern urban life. Interpreting his poems from the perspective of human cultural geography gives us a newer and deeper understanding of contemporary American minority literature and culture as well as American pluralism.
