本文通过水模拟的实验方法,讨论了浇注系统结构对流量系数的影响。提出了对流量系数的修正。运用模拟相似理论,对所用模型的自模化进行了分析。结果表明,本文结论适用于铁水在小、中型砂型中流动的状态。
In this paper, through the experimental method of water simulation, the influence of the pouring system structure on the flow coefficient is discussed. Proposed amending of the flow coefficient. Using the analogue similarity theory, the self-modeling of the model used is analyzed. The results show that the conclusion of this paper is suitable for the flow of hot metal in small and medium-sized sand.
