人才是企业最重要的经营资源,是一切财富中最为宝贵的财富,已日渐形成人们的共识。正确地制定人才战略,挖掘人才,充分发挥各类人才的积极作用,是企业走向兴旺发达的关键。我国加入WTO后,新形势下企业人才战略的制定和实施更是我们应该值得研究和探讨的问题。本文对新形势下我国企业人才战略提出了有益的建议。
Talent is the most important business resource of an enterprise. It is the most precious asset of all wealth and has gradually formed a consensus of people. Properly formulating a talent strategy, tapping talent and giving full play to the positive role of all kinds of talents is the key to the prosperity of an enterprise. After China’s accession to the WTO, under the new situation, the formulation and implementation of corporate talent strategy is something that we should study and discuss. This article puts forward some useful suggestions to our country’s enterprise talent strategy in the new situation.
