以水为溶剂,以硼酸和正硅酸甲酯为主要原料,合成SiBO前驱体凝胶,通过1200~1600℃高温氮化、粉磨工艺制备出SiBON纳米粉体。采用X射线衍射、红外光谱分析、扫描电镜、元素分析、粒径分析等现代测试手段研究了Si-B-O-N纳米粉体的化学键结构、形貌特征和元素分布。研究表明,SiBON纳米粉体含有部分晶态SiO2和BN,其余为非晶态,且粉体结构含有B-N、B-O、B-O-B、O-Si-O、B-N-Si等键,并含有少量的Si-O-Si键。
SiBON nanopowder was prepared by synthesizing SiBO precursor gel with water as solvent, boric acid and methyl orthosilicate as raw materials, nitriding and grinding at 1200-1600 ℃. The chemical bond structure, morphology and elemental distribution of Si-B-O-N nanopowders were investigated by X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, elemental analysis and particle size analysis. The results show that the SiBON nanopowders contain partially crystalline SiO2 and BN, the rest are amorphous, and the powders contain BN, BO, BOB, O-Si-O and BN- O-Si bond.
