在激烈的市场竞争中,对生产企业来说客户忠诚度是决定企业生死存亡的大问题。因此如何留住老客户,培养和保持其对企业的忠诚度是每个企业追求的营销目标。培养客户忠诚度首先要重视客户忠诚度培养,其次是切实采取有效措施提高客户忠诚度,让客户认同“物有所值”和构建“双赢”战略,才能取得好的效果。
In the fierce market competition, customer loyalty for manufacturing enterprises is a big issue that determines the survival of enterprises. So how to retain customers, develop and maintain their loyalty to the business is the pursuit of each business marketing goals. To cultivate customer loyalty, we must first attach importance to customer loyalty training, and secondly, we must take effective measures to improve customer loyalty, and allow customers to recognize “value for money ” and build “win ” strategy to achieve good results.
