为了实现高铁轴承外圈的精确成形,应用ABAQUS软件进行有限元模拟,系统分析了驱动辊转速、芯辊直线进给速度和轧制比对高铁轴承外圈冷辗扩成形力能参数的影响。结果显示,随驱动辊转速的提高,轧制力和轧制力矩逐渐减小;随芯辊直线进给速度的增加,轧制力逐渐增加,而轧制力矩先增加后减少;随坯料轧制比的增加,轧制力和轧制力矩逐渐增加。随后,进行了类比轧制力矩实验测试与验证,验证结果说明了本文所建立的模型的正确性。
In order to realize the precise forming of HSR bearing outer ring, ABAQUS software was used to carry out finite element simulation. The influences of driving roller speed, straight feed rate of core roller and rolling ratio on forming force parameters of cold rolling of HSR bearings were systematically analyzed. The results show that the rolling force and the rolling torque decrease with the increase of the rotational speed of the driving roller. The rolling force increases with the straight feed rate of the core roller, while the rolling torque first increases and then decreases. Increase than the rolling force and rolling torque gradually increased. Subsequently, the experimental test and verification of the analog rolling torque were carried out. The verification results show the correctness of the model established in this paper.
