鉴定结果表明,引起福建南部地区杂交种西番莲(PassifloraedulisXP.edulisvar.flavicarpa)死顶的病原病毒为黄瓜花叶病毒(Cucumbermosaiccucumorirus,CMV)的一个分离物该分离物能通过摩擦接种侵染供试13科63种(或品种)植物中的11科54种(或品种);能够由挑蚜(Myzuspersicae)以非持久方式传播;失毒温度为50℃~55℃,稀释终点为10-3~10-4,体外存活期为2~3d。提纯病毒粒体球状,直径为24~26nm。外壳蛋白亚共由一条多肽链组成,分子量约为27kD。从受侵染植物组织中提取dsRNA,电泳鉴定结果表明,该病毒PE2的核酸由5个组份组成,即含有卫星RNA、用该分离物提纯物制备的抗血清,经琼脂双扩散测定效价为1:256。该分离物与CMV抗血清具密切的血清学关系,而与西番莲木质化病毒(PFWV)、紫果西番莲花叶病毒(GMV)、西番莲黄花叶病毒(PFYMV)及烟草花叶毒病(TMV)等4种病毒的抗血清无血清学关系。

The results of electrophoresis showed that the nucleic acid of PE2 consisted of five components, namely, satellite RNA. The antisera prepared from the isolate was determined by agar double diffusion assay 1: 256. The isolate had close serological relationship with CMV antiserum, but not with the virulent strains of Passivirus Lignin (PFWV), Pseudomonas violacea (GMV), Pseudomonas fluorescens (PFYMV) Anti-virus (TMV) and other four kinds of virus antiserum no serological relationship.
