湖北广石崖石煤煤质较好,并伴生有钒、钼、铀、钾等多种有用元素,目前已为地方工业能源开发利用。利用后的石煤,煤渣中富集了有用元素。为了综合利用矿产资源,我们对该煤渣进行了钠化焙烧——水浸——酸浸——离子交换的工艺流程试验,成功地分离了钒、钼、铀、钾等元素,在获得高质量五氧化二钒产品的同时,还综合回收了重铀酸铵、氯化钾、三硫化钼等产品。
