目的了解海淀区现场品系德国小蠊对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为合理选择用药提供依据。方法采用药膜接触法测定抗性水平。结果现场品系德国小蠊对氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威、乙酰甲胺磷和敌敌畏的抗性系数分别为7.033、.202、.907、.57和>13.13。结论海淀区德国小蠊对残杀威没有产生明显的抗药性,对溴氰菊酯产生了耐药性,而对氯氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷和敌敌畏产生了明显的抗药性。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Blattella germanica to commonly used insecticides in Haidian District, and to provide basis for rational choice of medication. Methods The drug resistance was determined by membrane contact method. Results The resistance coefficients of Blattella germanica to cypermethrin, deltamethrin, propoxur, acephate and dichlorvos were 7.033, .202, .907, .57 and> 13.13 respectively. Conclusion The Blattella germanica in Haidian has no obvious resistance to propoxur and drug resistance to deltamethrin, but has obvious resistance to cypermethrin, acephate and dichlorvos.
