对安页1井石牛栏组2105.00~2204.00m井段进行试气,综合测井评价、钻井岩芯描述和钻井情况分析,得出以上层位有很好的油气显示,但中途测试产量偏低,测试层定性为低产气层。确定进行酸加砂压裂改造后,综合比较优选机械分层压裂施工工艺进行施工,压裂入井液1648.5m~3,加砂88.7m~3,采用10mm油嘴、26mm孔板临界速度流量计测气求产,油压11.96MPa,测得气产量10.2209×104m~3/d,取得了很好的施工效果。通过对压裂管柱、施工过程的分析,总结了施工的经验和存在的不足,对该技术在页岩气开发应用具有指导意义。
