本文应用鼠抗P~(53)单抗免疫组化技术,对50例结一直肠癌组织中P~(53)表达进行研究。结果表明在结一直肠癌组织中P~(53)表达阳性率为42%。在5例正常结肠组织中P~(53)表达均呈阴性,提示在直肠癌组织中P~(53)基因免疫活性增高而显示过度表达。P53染色均定注于癌细胞核内,其表达阳性率及阳性细胞核染色强度,在结一直肠癌不同组织学类型及分化程度中显示出一定差异,即分化程度越低、P~(53)表达阳性率越高,阳性细胞染色程度越强。
In this paper, the application of murine anti-P53 monoclonal antibody immunohistochemistry technique was used to study the expression of P53 in 50 cases of colon cancer tissues. The results showed that the positive rate of P53 expression in colon cancer tissues was 42%. The expression of P53 was negative in 5 cases of normal colon tissues, suggesting that the P53 gene immunoreactivity in rectal cancer tissues increased and overexpression was observed. P53 staining was uniformly injected into the nucleus of cancer cells. The positive expression rate and the positive nuclear staining intensity showed a certain difference in the histological types and differentiation of colon cancer. The lower the degree of differentiation, P53 expression. The higher the positive rate, the stronger the staining of positive cells.
