选用膨化豆粕、大豆分离蛋白和大豆浓缩蛋白,相应替代20%、40%、60%和80%的鱼粉蛋白,研究大豆蛋白替代鱼粉蛋白对虹鳟血液指标的影响。结果分析显示,随着大豆蛋白替代水平的提高,与对照组相比,各试验组血清中谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶的活性、谷草转氨酶/谷丙转氨酶的比值及血糖含量差异均不显著;膨化豆粕替代比例为80%,大豆分离蛋白和大豆浓缩蛋白替代比例为60%时,与对照组相比,各试验组血清总蛋白和三酰甘油的含量差异不显著;当大豆分离蛋白和大豆浓缩蛋白替代比例为80%时,与对照组相比,各试验组血清总蛋白和三酰甘油的含量差异显著。研究结果表明:膨化豆粕、大豆分离蛋白和大豆浓缩蛋白均属于安全的植物蛋白原料,在适宜的替代范围内可广泛应用到虹鳟配合饲料中。
The puffed soybean meal, soy protein isolate and soy protein concentrate were selected to replace 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% of the fishmeal protein to study the effect of soy protein instead of fishmeal protein on rainbow trout blood index. The results showed that with the increase of soybean protein replacement level, the activity of aspartate aminotransferase, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, aspartate aminotransferase / glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and the content of blood glucose were not significantly different in each experimental group compared with the control group; Compared with the control group, the content of total protein and triglyceride in each experimental group was not significantly different when the replacement ratio of soybean meal was 80% and the ratio of soy protein isolate to soy protein concentrate was 60%. When the content of soy protein isolate and soybean concentrate Protein replacement ratio of 80%, compared with the control group, the test group serum total protein and triglyceride content was significantly different. The results showed that expanded soybean meal, soy protein isolate and soy protein concentrate are all safe vegetable protein raw materials, which can be widely used in rainbow trout feedstuffs within the appropriate range of substitution.
