目前,中小学生健康问题突出表现在近视低龄化、注意力差和身体抵抗力差等方面。其中,高中生的身体状况最不容乐观,高达80%以上的人出现过头疼、失眠、精神不振、注意力难集中等不良症状。由此可见,解决青少年的健康问题,已成为函待解决的一个重要问题。生物学是研究生命现象和生命活动规律的科学,这门学科的研究对象就包括人自身的生命运动规律。生理健康教育是生物学教育的一个方面,适时适度地进行生理健康知识的宣传是我们生物学教学的职责。本文则从健康教育在教材中的体现,以及如何运用教材发挥健康教育两方面作一些阐述。
At present, the health problems of primary and middle school students are particularly manifested in the younger age of myopia, poor attention and poor body resistance. Among them, the physical condition of high school students is the most unsatisfactory, and as many as 80% of people have experienced such symptoms as headache, insomnia, lack of energy, and difficulty concentrating. From this we can see that solving the health problems of adolescents has become an important issue to be solved. Biology is the science of studying the phenomena of life and the laws of life activities. The subjects of this discipline include the laws of human life. Physiological health education is one aspect of biology education. Propaganda of physiological health knowledge in a timely and appropriate manner is our responsibility for biology teaching. This article elaborates on the manifestation of health education in the teaching materials and how to use the teaching materials to develop health education.
