采用螺旋式分离机为核心,设计了两段回收、两段浓缩的煤泥水分离工艺。介绍了螺旋式分离机的工作原理,煤泥分离效果的影响因素,现有的一段回收、一段浓缩式煤泥分离工艺存在的问题,提出了改进方法。通过实际应用测试,证明了新的煤泥分离工艺极大地提高了煤泥分离效率,实现了清水选煤、洗水闭路循环以及煤粉资源的有效利用,经济效益显著。
Spiral separator as the core, designed two recovery, two sections of concentrated slime water separation process. The working principle of the spiral separator, influencing factors of slime separation effect, the problems existing in the first recovery stage and the first stage of slime separation process are introduced, and the improvement methods are put forward. The practical application of the test proves that the new slime separation technology has greatly improved the slime separation efficiency, realized the clean water coal preparation, the closed circulation of washing water and the effective utilization of pulverized coal resources, with obvious economic benefits.
