小型化是激光三维成像系统走向应用必须解决的重要问题之一。介绍了采用高重复频率小型激光器实现的小型化增益调制三维实时成像系统。利用多脉冲积累方式,使用单脉冲能量5μJ的激光器实现了与以前单脉冲能量10 mJ增益调制系统近似的作用距离和系统测距精度,同时系统的整体体积大大缩小。对系统的作用距离与测距精度进行了测试,结果表明,在当前条件下,室外能见度5 km时,系统可达到超过100 m的作用距离,室内测试获得的系统测距精度优于3 m。
Miniaturization is one of the important issues that must be solved in the application of laser three-dimensional imaging system. A miniaturized gain-modulated three-dimensional real-time imaging system using a high repetition rate small laser is introduced. Using the multi-pulse accumulation method, the laser beam with a single pulse energy of 5μJ is used to realize the approximate working distance and system ranging precision of the 10mJ gain modulation system with the previous single pulse energy, and the system overall size is greatly reduced. The test results show that the system can reach a distance of more than 100 m when the outdoor visibility is 5 km under current conditions, and the precision of the system obtained by indoor testing is better than 3 m.
