目的 探讨磷霉素、多粘菌素B鼓室注射对豚鼠corti器碳酶酐酶 (CarbonicAnhydraseCAH)活性的影响。方法 将 1 5只白色红目豚鼠随机分为生理盐水 (NS)组、多粘菌素B(PB)组、多粘菌素B +磷霉素 (PF)组 ,经插入鼓室的硅胶管分别给予生理盐水、多粘菌素B 1万U/ml、多粘菌素B 1万U/ml+磷霉素 3 0mg/ml,0 1ml/d× 5d,停药后第 7d后处死动物 ,基底膜铺片 ,Hansson液孵育后电镜观察。结果 NS组外毛细胞 (OHC)、内毛细胞 (IHC)、血管纹边缘细胞(MG)内均有CAH反应产物分布 ;PB组OHC、IHC、MG内CAH反应产物明显减少 ,甚至消失 ,且细胞水肿 ;PF组OHC、MG内仍有大量CAH反应产物分布 ,但无细胞变性。结论 多粘菌素B可降低corti器CAH活性 ,而磷霉素可保护CAH活性。

Conclusion Polymyxin B can reduce CAH activity of corti, while fosfomycin can protect CAH activity.
